Paul A. Joldersma is currently licensed as a Michigan real estate broker with his own development company, and as an associate broker with Kroepel & Associates, Inc. Paul is a lifelong resident of West Michigan and comes from a family of two older brothers and one younger sister. As a veteran of the United States Air Force and a journeyman tool & die maker, he moved to Newaygo County in 1970. Shortly after, he purchased a food & beverage store in Newaygo that he owned and operated for ten years. Soon thereafter Paul was contracted by the Camera Shop of Muskegon to co-manage their Fremont, Cadillac, and two Traverse City stores. After four years, Paul purchased the Fremont location and built it into the largest free-standing photo store in Michigan. After fifteen years, he sold the company and entered the real estate business.

Paul entered the real estate industry in 1990, and after sixteen years, still enjoys serving the needs of buyers and sellers alike throughout the State of Michigan. Paul has a long list of successful transactions and pleased clients, and has devoted his life to his family, two daughters and four grand children, his home, his neighbors, and most of all – his principles.
