      For over 12 years, Kroepel & Associates, Inc. has been providing quality real estate appraisals for banks, mortgage brokers, attorneys and private individuals. We are FHA certified and cover the West Michigan counties of Oceana, Newaygo, Muskegon, northern Ottawa, northwest Kent (including Grand Rapids and suburbs), western Mecosta, and southern Lake. As well as some surrounding areas upon request.

      Appraisals are required for all federally insured mortgages (new purchases, new construction loans, and refinances), and are also ordered for other home equity loans, real estate backed lines of credit, estate settlement purposes, divorce cases, tax assessment challenges and appeals, and for those curious about the value or equity in their home or property.
